Our Story

Chef Kourtney received her culinary diploma in both cuisine and pastry from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She interned in a Michelin restaurant in Nice, France after receiving her degree. Upon returning home from France, she decided to make some chocolate bonbons for her grandparents, who always appreciate a sweet treat. When she posted pictures of her colorful bonbons, she found all of her friends wanting to try them as well. Before she knew it, the beginning stages of Kokoa Chocolates and Confections were forming from the support and encouragement of friends in several different states. Kokoa prides itself on creating colorful and homemade bonbons that can provide not only great gifts, but also great tastes to anyone’s day.
