Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Shipping

Shipping happens on Mondays (excluding holidays – will be shipped on Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) via UPS Ground or Overnight. Halloween chocolates will be shipped on Monday October 23rd. Ground will take anywhere between 1-7 days however neither option is guaranteed, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if you choose either of these methods and there is a delay. Orders must be in before 8pm the day before shipping (Sunday night) to be shipped out on Monday. If you live in a state where the weather is warmer than 60F, overnight shipping is recommended. We will pack your order to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee or be responsible if your order melts in transit or upon delivery.  If you want to place an order & ship to multiple addresses, please place one order per address for the correct shipping boxes & cost. 

Pick-up

Pick up in Colorado Springs and in DC-Thomas Circle are not always options, but do often happen regularly. For DC-Thomas Circle option you will be asked to pick up your package at an apartment reception area. The chocolates will most likely be available for pick up Thursday/Friday night before a holiday depending on delivery speed. For Colorado Springs option a pick up spot will be determined. Pickup can be more flexible and we will email you to set up a day and time for pickup. Please contact kokoachocolatesandconfections@gmail.com if you have any further questions.  

Packaging

Each order is carefully hand-packed and we do our best to package your chocolates so that they arrive safely. If it is warmer than 60F in your state, we cannot be held responsible for any melting, damages, or delays to your chocolates/treats that may occur during or after shipping/delivery.  Please track your packages and make sure they are not sitting outside longer than necessary. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us at kokoachocolatesandconfections@gmail.com and we will resend your tracking information.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on shipping or for melted, partially melted, destroyed products.
